At The Lunchbox Catering Co, we're passionate about providing fresh, delicious food with care and reliability. To ensure everything runs smoothly for your event, please take a moment to review our terms below. 

Payment

To help us prepare and deliver your catering to the highest standard, we kindly require full payment at least 2 days prior to your event. 

This allows us to secure fresh ingredients ,organise staff, and ensure your order is perfect.

Thank you for supporting our small business - your early payment helps us plan and deliver with confidence.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with 48 hours' notice or more may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of your event cannot be refunded, as ingredients and resources will have already been committed.

Dietary Requirements

We're happy to accomadate most dietary needs with advance notice. Please let us know about any specific requirements at least 48 hours before your event, and we'll do our best to make it happen.
